"We had 2 families (2 adults, 2 kids & 2 adults 3 kids) and this house was perfect for us! It was clean and had everything you needed for a visit! The yard provided lots of running area for the kiddos. Communication with host was fast and easy. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in that area!"

"A. I can’t say enough good about this house, property, and owner. This house and surroundings are amazing. The dock at the water was well used. Early morning coffee and sunrises. Waterside chats, Bald Eagles, jumping fish, Blue Herons. The house is very well done. Very recent upgrade to everything. Baths are upscale with Luxurious towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. House has Updated lighting throughout. Screen porch was very nice to use. Bedrooms have very comfortable and plush beds. Also comfortable and spacious living and dining room, large and modern kitchen, new appliances. Plenty of separate areas for quiet space and conversation. Comfortable furniture in great condition. Very clean. New Flooring. Large fire pit for evenings around the fire. We planned a kayaking trip in the area (love the area) and had a great time here. Pet friendly. Definitely Highly recommend this house. "

"This house is absolutely gorgeous!! It looks and feels like a luxury resort, but still so cozy. There was so much to love, I’m going to try to lay out all my highlights since it’s a new listing and doesn’t have a lot of reviews to go off of yet…The layout is awesome for parents. The master bedroom is upstairs on the opposite side of the house from the other rooms and it’s decorated so beautifully and has ITS OWN BALCONY. It feels like a retreat within the house. The pics don’t do it justice. Everything inside is brand new and spotless. The place is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach equipment, plus tons of board games. Oh and a cute little coloring nook that the kids loved.The decorating is next level. I felt transported to classic, timeless beach tranquility.The backyard is a great bonus—enough grass and games for kids to play while husband and I relaxed on the porch chairs.It’s located on a cute, quiet street, an easy walk to the playground and all the downtown shops and restaurants. It is rare to find a place that is this luxurious but also this functional for a family. We had an amazing time and are absolutely booking this spot again!"

"The kitchen did not have a lot of dishes or pots and pans for cooking, but was well equiped for reheating items. The appliances were great and there was lots of cabinet and counter space. The laundry area was great. Everything was very nice and clean. Loved the outdoor balcony and the rooftop area. "
