"The location & view were everything and we quite satisfied w that. On the flip side these were our observations-*Flower beds sadly overgrown and whole yard needs a good trim. *Brick path to hot tub needs attention, or just removed*Window unit in sunroom completely rusted & unusable. Should be removed before someone gets hurt. *Long hairs inside refrigerator and freezer*Internet connection was unstable so Roku reception was intermittent *Fireplace unit in sunroom interferes with the view and makes the room too crowded. Should be moved or removed since it's all about the view from that room. *Take an UMBRELLA or Canopy so you'll have shade!!! None are provided."

"Our family had a great stay at Drop Anchor. There was plenty of room and we loved the screened porch! Highly recommend renting the golf cart from the property. It was very easy to get to and from the beach and town with it. One thing we wished was cleaner was the private beach- we found handfuls of broken, sharp glass each day. This isn’t a reflection of this homeowner but I wish someone would have given us a heads up before we booked in Bay Creek that glass was a problem on the beach, especially because we were there with young children."
