"We had a wonderful stay! We especially loved the dog-friendly location and how easy it was to enjoy the area with our pup. Having the golf cart rental was such a fun bonus and made getting around even more enjoyable and convenient.The only small suggestion we would have is to make the dining area a little easier to access. We found ourselves needing to move furniture before and after meals, which was a bit cumbersome.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the location was fantastic. We would happily stay here again!"

"My family had an awesome time over Labor Day weekend staying at Ripple! (While we waited for the house to be ready, we took a short trip to Kiptopeke and saw the concrete ships. So cool!)Ripple was the perfect place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with our children, 21 and 24. It was peaceful, relaxing, clean and comfortable, and had a beautiful view. We made sure to take our fishing gear, and spent a lot of our time out on the pier catching croakers, speckled sea trout (?), and our very first cobias!We are already talking about our next stay at Ripple. That time can't come soon enough! :)"

"Host was great. View great. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Negatives has to do with lawn service doesn’t clean outdoor shower area, Could use some hanging hooks in bathrooms for towels and dock kits. TV in family room is tough to watch from couch as it is too big. 70 inches. Like sitting in front row of IMAX theater. Lack of knives in silverware drawer. Umbrella on deck needs repair but once fixed good shade. Nice beach chairs and umbrella selection. Power cord for cart charging a plus. Door locks stick on outside. Lots games available I’m being being picky but nothing is a deal breaker. Good choice for rental."

"The cottage was perfect. Close to town and the beach as well as Kiptopeke State Park, where we enjoyed a long morning of hiking. The grocery store was also only minutes away which was perfect for last minute pick-ups.The cottage was clean with a beautiful aesthetic - minimal but with everything you need. My daughter and I had a four day stay (M-F) and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our favorite restaurants were The Shanty for great seafood and A.J.s for pub-like cuisine (my daughter raved about the honey chicken).The Cape Charles beach was PERFECT for a morning walk and some beach time. We walked through the quaint town and did some shopping, had ice cream at The Brown Dog, and breakfast at The Cape Charles Coffee House (you have to try the French toast).A wonderful last minute getaway to end our summer."
