When visiting Puerto Rico, Palmas del Mar should surely come first to your mind as it is the most exclusive residential resort on the island!

Book your stay at this luxury executive home which features two-story foyer, two living areas, island kitchen with all appliances and breakfast space, high speed internet, studio that could be used as game room/loft, interior laundry area that includes washer/dryer, secondary bedroom with full bath downstairs which is wheelchair accessible, and let me not forget to mention the in-ground swimming pool and spectacular ocean views of the Caribbean Sea, El Yunque, and Vieques from two relaxing terraces/balconies.

Included in the nightly rate is the use of a golf cart that seats up to four passengers which is an excellent way to travel to many of the attractions/activities within the resort including hotels, a variety of fine restaurants and casual dining to satisfy everyone’s tastes, beach, golf course, tennis, Equestrian Center, and clubs. Also, we just installed a power generator. Please at the end of your visit, please fill the golf cart with gas, the same way you received the golf cart.

The house is classic PR Architecture and was decorated for the holidays. Spectacular View, Great Neighborhood, Nice Kitchen, Pool Area and Outdoor Dining. The generator worked great during an island wide New Years power outage. The golf cart was very convenient.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very spacious, clean and inviting home in a wonderful, gated community. The host is lovely, very kind. The beach is a golf cart ride away, kids enjoyed every minute of being outside most of the day. Will be back!

I had an amazing time with my friend and family. House was better than advertised. Easy check in and out. I'm originally from Puerto Rico and my friends were visiting for the first time. They all had so much fun. My fiance and I got married at the beach and celebrated my 50th ziplining in El Yunque. Over all an amazing getaway.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Gladys, Calros and their team were so helpful and kind. The house has everything we needed for our stay. We prepares some meals at the house and others we enjoyed in the Palmas community. Having the golf cart to get around in the community is such a great advantage. The house was spotless, the pool was outstanding and the views truly are amazing. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful property in the lovely resort community of Palmas Del Mar. We were surprised with two golf carts when we arrived, which was perfect for our group of 8. We used these every day to explore the many secret gems of the area. On one of our last days, we found a hidden beach that we would have frequented had we known of it earlier. The property is more amazing than posted. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. Three balconies overlook the ocean and the island of Vieques. Only 1 complaint--the grill had no propane.

Perfectly located on a hilltop in the picturesque resort of Palmas del Mar, just a 5-minute golf-cart ride away from the beach, which is provided for you with your stay. There are some nice restaurants in the neighborhood too, which are easily accessible by golf cart. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners of this beautiful house, who were wonderfully hospitable, extremely helpful and perfect hosts! Communication was fluid and easy. The house itself is very comfortable, clean and in mint condition. Fresh towels and bedsheets are provided for you too. The master bedroom is large with a walk-in wardrobe, en suite bathroom and jacuzzi. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Puerto Rico!!

This was my second stay at Glady’s home in Palmas Del Mar. It is perfect for a family vacation or just a week away with friends. The home has everything to offer as well as a great location from the San Juan Airport. If your looking for a quiet, relaxing stay then you have found your spot! Look no further! The views are spectacular with sunrises that are breathtaking! The golf cart is an added bonus saving the hassle and cost of renting one. The beaches are clean and well maintained. I have been staying in Palmas for over 10 years now and have truly found my home away from home! I hope you have the same experience that my family and I have had! Cheers!

We had an incredible time during our stay in Palmas Del Mar, Puerto Rico. The house was perfectly situated on a hill overlooking the ocean and the Island of Vieques. You could sit in the hot tub and pool and just stare at the water. The house had everything we needed and it was very comfortable for 8 of us. It had AC in most rooms which made it very cool during hot days. Carlos checked us in and could not have been more hospitable and friendly. The house included a golf cart which was used often to make runs down to the square for all kinds of things. It’s a beautiful community to spend time in and the we loved every minute of it. Thank you!!!

The owner, Daisy Vernoy, and Property Manager were all very responsive. They made every attempt to fix repairs as I reported them. Seems the repairs needed are the same that had been reported by previous guests and simply not fixed. Such a shame; my stay would have been more enjoyable if that were not the case. I would recommend to the owner that the house undergo an updating and repair period (time without renters). This will ensure the return of guests for multiple stays. Again, it is a beautiful property with great views, great community, and good amenities which helped us tolerate the inconveniences caused by 3 of 6 days with repair concerns.

Overall we had a fantastic experience in this home. The views from the upstairs balcony are stunning. We had a family of 8 with two young children and the house was always quiet with the thick walls, and it was easy to spread out. The golf cart was super fun to ride around. The pool was refreshing (we do wish at least the hot tub was heated). There are lots of beach/pool toys, and indoor toys for young kids which were great. Bedding and towels were in good condition. Kitchen had everything we needed, but was a little disorganized. Room for improvement-Several of the bedrooms had remote controls for the overhead lights and fan. The remotes did not work which was frustrating. The dishwasher was also broken, and we only figured that out after loading it, then not being able to turn it on, and texting the property manager. We would have loved more than 3 kitchen towels for our 9 night stay. I found a few pieces of green glass (from a beer bottle?) on the patio in the pool area on the day we arrived. Overall I do highly recommend this home. If you're in the area, walk to Secret beach within the Las Palmas community (Check google maps), and drive over to El Hippie Waterfall which is about 30 minutes away.

This is a great house to rent. The pictures don’t show just how nice the Propery actually is and they are easy to work with. Had a fabulous vacation. Having a golf cart was wonderful - we rented a second so we didn’t use the car when we stayed in the community. We toured approx 1/2 the time and travel / location as easy including airport. Good food options, local secret beach, marina tours 5 minutes away to fish or snorkel, food delivery, small market, golf, beach party etc. The pool was wonderful, clean, had floats and balls for teens and adults. Kitchen easy to use. Maybe a new toaster and bigger coffee pot but if that’s your biggest need vacation is a success right? We cooked and found what we needed. They supply a few dishwasher tabs and washing machine pods. Might need more if you plan to use these often. We didn’t. They left a bag of ice to use with the cooler and provide plenty of towels and beach chairs. You won’t need anything. Had a minor issue and Carlos responded and fixed within 2 hours. Views are fabulous. Outdoor furniture is comfortable and plenty. Plenty of room indoors. Air conditioning works great. Loved the retractable sunshades poolside and covered patios. The hammock was a favorite. Beds were comfortable. We were not traveling with kids but they had tons of extras if you are. They have a pool table and games. Checkout simple - they do almost everything for you. All in all I recommend this Propery plus the neighbors are friendly and welcoming like all of the people we met in Puerto Rico.

We spent three weeks in January of 2019 at this house in Palmas. It was me, my wife, and our three young kids aged 4, 2, and 1 along with a nanny. When we arrived Mary greeted us. She showed us around the house but after some questions it was clear she didn't know that much about it. I'm not sure if she was a fill-in but Carlos was our second contact and he was much more knowledgeable and helpful. We maintained contact with him throughout our time and he was always on top of anything that came up. However, a good and thorough run through on the house upon arrival would have served us well. Maybe update the "welcome book". This house is very kid friendly. The full fence around the pool gave us a lot of peace of mind at night and during the day when we weren't using it or watching every move the kids made. There are a couple pack n'plays, a full size crib, a toddler cot, and a selection of different high chairs. The crib was in the loft which was an odd spot as you can hear everything going on in the house. However, it was too big to move into a room without taking apart so we just used the pack 'n plays.There are also a couple of big toy bins when the kids needed a distraction. Along with the inside toys there was a big bucket of beach toys. There's are a bunch of mobile kid gates but most of them we're hard to operate, not big enough, or not functional at all. Having the golf cart available was a huge plus. In Palmas, you definitely need a golf cart to get around easily and renting one will be anywhere from $35-$55 a day. Our kids loved getting around on the golf cart. It was full of gas which lasted us almost the whole 3 weeks. In general we loved our trip and this house was a big reason why. However, I do think that it needs some updating and a cleanout. All the couches are pretty worn and dirty and should be replaced. The dining table inside is too tall for the chairs and the stools at the island are bar height when they should be counter height. The bath towels are all pretty small and thin. Similarly the mattresses, bed linens, and pillows should be replaced. They were thin, worn, and the pillows were pretty stained. There weren't a lot of beach chairs and the ones that were there were pretty beat up and frail. The gas grill was rusted out. Someone really needs to go through this place and throw away all of stuff that is broken, damaged, or unnecessary to a vacation rental. With that said, I do think the price reflects its shortcomings.
