"The room was spacious but had a family of large spiders and cobwebs living in it. The carpet was dirty around the beds and the walls had not been wiped down from cobwebs in what I can only assume is a very long time. One staff(Ben) came to help and cleaned the best he could. He was kind and agreed it was not okay. There was a sign for a free breakfast. When we asked the front desk where it could be found she offered directions. (It was in the south location) but the breakfast was no longer...

"It was a little far from the center of York. The staff was very nice to hold our luggage until it was time for us to check in. Having a restaurant attached was good for long days out and just want to stay near the hotel room."
