Walking distance to BYWARD MARKET,RIDEAU SHOPPING CENTRE,PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS.Taxi always available outside hotel or direct phone line to them. There is a mission and youth mission close by but do not feel unsafe,lots of police presence.Lots of restaurants nearby. Parking is underground and reasonable at 33.00 plus tax a night. Secure entrance to hotel and parking lot using key to room."

"We enjoyed our stay at ARC The Hotel. The location and convenience of being near many of the most loved coffee shops like Starbucks and Tim Hortons can't be beat. The rooms were clean and came with what I expect from a good hotel: it had a safe, a small fridge, plush robes, plenty of towels, great shower products, and downstairs, a gym in the basement. I particularly want to shout out Hassane, one of the concierges, who gives exceptional, friendly service: he really looked after my little family, always with a smile. I would stay at the hotel again. "
