"The front door need to be fixed as the pin doesn’t work, I called customer service and they informed to use the back door which was helpful, the lady was very professional and nice. The room had some dirt in the left hand side draw, also there was some eyelashes in the bed and some socks at the top of the wardrobe. The cleaning need to be better in the room, waking up and finding some lashes is not the best as I don’t use fake eyelashes it was disgusting."
