"Well what a surprise we hadn’t expected much as we paid a very reasonable price. Arrived and was shown up to our room, very friendly service. We stayed in the cappuccino room. The room was lovely, great size & really light and airy. Lots of little touches like kits with things you might need, plenty of shower wash, shampoo etc. tea, coffee & sugar well Stocked as well as little biscuits & bottles of water. Far outweighed what we had expected. Excellent location with access to the marina and the fantastic Humber steet. Don’t be put off staying here by all the works going on around it, it’s definitely having a rejuvenation and is an up and coming area that will join into the marina area once the works are finished. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended. "

"Lovely break away overnight for me and sisters birthday had lovely time all staff very welcome and friendly. Evening meal was excellent and breakfast was good choice to choose from. Room was excellent bed very comfy and looked out onto trees which was lovely seeing birds and squirrels couldn’t have asked for a better night away. Having mobility issues i found no problems with getting around hotel with walking aid . Thank you for a lovely stay . "

"Nice property close to Asda food store and some other shopping. Surrounding area to the west is run down but it’s still a good base for visits to Hull. And water is extremely hot (a luxury in the UK). "
