These conditions were less than ideal for a foreigner visiting for the first time. I ended up checking out on the same day and finding a hotel in the city. "

"Relaxed 24h in March. Lots of families here, but 28 deg c but still quiet at the pool. I as a westerner enjoyed my meals outdoors while it was as typically quite loud inside the restaurant. Both Chinese and western food. The western food was good. Room was huge with a softer than typically Chinese beds, good for me. Nice balcony with a sunbed. Very friendly staff and you could always find someone who spoke English."
