"Todo estuvo increíble!!"

"The photos were very misleading and did not accurately reflect the condition of the property. Upon arrival, the room had a strong sewage-like odor. Several things were either broken or poorly maintained: the safe deposit box did not work, the dresser drawers would not close properly, and the patio door would not lock, which raised safety concerns. The pillows were old, lumpy, and covered in fabric pilling. The bathroom door would not close, the bathroom itself was outdated and in poor...

"Great location and very reasonably priced. Place was clean and check in was very easy. Highly recommend"

"Extremely noisy place at night, no one could sleep well, so much traffic noise and ambulances, there’s 2 hospitals next door"

"The breakfast restaurant is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very nice, modern and clean."

"Great location, clean apartment and friendly staff"

"The rooftop terrace was the best thing about this property everything was poor. The ULIV Polanco isn’t even in Polanco it’s fakes advertising. The area is run down and homeless living in the parking lot below. The building and rooms are small and out dated. The hot water is a major issue. The bathroom sink and shower you have to turn on and let it run for 6-8 minutes before it gets hot. There is no customer service at the lobby 9-5. You have to ask security to call them then wait 5 minutes for...
