"Great hotel in a magical setting. Construction work outside the hotel made entering and exiting a bit chaotic. Hotel personnel were fantastic. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Worth the effort getting to especially driving in downtown Cuenca (you have to experience it to understand this comment)."

The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. You step outside of the hotel and you are within walking distance of all of the lovely sites of the historic center of Cuenca.
