Small clean hotel well located in Cuenca. Our room faced the old town and the park. We had a beautiful view. Also the top floor restaurant was very nice with the view. The parking isn't on site and a shirt walk away.

Extreme noise of furniture moving through mid night and their response was people are leaving and the noise will end soon, 3 of us woke up due to it! More like a pension or motel than a hotel, feels like people also live in the building. Not what I expected for this price.

If you stay at this hotel make sure you do not stay on the 6th floor. On the 7th floor there is a restaurant and you hear the constant moving of chairs and tables. This is a great hotel other than that. Perfectly located but you do need to walk a bit to the free parking. With all this said I recommend this hotel anyway

Al hotel le hace falta una reforma, se ve viejo. Me dieron una habitación que daba a un patio interior y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, a pesar de estar puesto a tope. Tuve que reportarlo pero de poco sirvió. Creo que, en pleno verano y con olas de calor insoportables, el aire es fundamental. Por eso elegí este hotel. Pero entre el nulo funcionamiento del aire y la habitación al patio se acumula bastante calor. Por cierto, cuidado con la ubicación. Parece por los mapas que está cerca del centro pero no es así. Además, el camino está lleno de escaleras y cuestas empinadas. La única forma de evitar eso es cogiendo el bus.
