"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"Everything about our 4 night stay at Klara's was wonderful. She was there when we arrived and explained everything. The views from the unit are spectacular.. The apartment was spotless and was fully equipped. Having a rental car is a good idea. Klara's house is within a 10-15 minute drive to many great hiking and viewing spots. If you are visiting the Interlaken area and are looking for a great spot to stay, you will not be disappointed staying at Klara's. Promise!"

"Our son arrived on Sunday and we arrived on Monday!! Everything was perfect!! Excellent location! 5 minute walk to train station. Restaurants every block. Two balcony’s! "Communication with the host (Hanny) was very good. She responded promptly after we requested information a few days prior to our stay via e-mail. The location of the appartement is away from the village of Marbach going up the mountain (you need a car to get there). The appartment is on the top floor of the farm house.
