"The location was good. But when I checked in, I was not given a room with a river view that I had booked and paid for. The second room they showed me, the air conditioning and phone did not work. They gave me a third room on the 9th floor which I had said I did not prefer. Breakfast only had two choices, a Vietnamese noodle and beef soup or an omlette.
