Welcome to the ōVive chalet. Built in 1930 and located in a peaceful area in front of the waves of the Rouge River. ôVive is a place that inspires rest, relaxation and rejuvenation as a couple, alone or with friends. Let yourself be charmed by this property fully equipped with games, kayaks, indoor fireplace, campfire, jacuzzi, a warm outdoor dining area and 4 cozy and comfortable beds, you won't miss anything! Capacity up to 6 people.
ōVive offers you a rejuvenating, bright, soothing setting that has been completely renovated with taste by our design team.The property is located in Huberdeau, hidden treasure of the Laurentians and located in the heart of the Rouge Valley, a multitude of activities are available to you, such as the white sand beaches 2 steps from the chalet and the ski slopes from Tremblant/Mont-Blanc at 25 min.
Our comforting indoor fireplace and Jacuzzi will relax you at the end of a wonderful day outdoors.
Large reserve of board games at your disposal for rainy days or fun evenings with friends.
LAYOUT OF BEDS:
Bedroom 1 upstairs: 1 king bed
Bedroom 2 upstairs: 1 king bed
Bedroom 3 upstairs: 2 single bunk beds
+ A full bathroom on the ground floor and a powder room upstairs.
+ The spa is covered and functional year-round.
+ Outdoor campfire at your disposal + 6 Adirondack chairs (wood provided)
A very small street with very little traffic separates the chalet from the water's edge. You will have a magnificent view of the river from inside the chalet. You will need 25 meters in front of the chalet to be able to swim.
NO PARTIES WILL BE TOLERATED. NOISE SENSOR. This is our cottage, in a quiet residential area where respect for our neighbors is our priority.
Presence of exterior cameras for your safety.
NO PETS - NO SMOKING
CHILDREN/BABIES:
For your little ones, you will have at your disposal a high chair, a travel cot and all the bedding, some games and books, sets of dishes/plastic utensils as well as 2 barriers to secure the top and bottom of our staircase.
INDOOR WOOD FIREPLACE:
You will have access to the foyer during your stay in the fall and winter.we provide 2 ecological logs.
For your larger needs. Available at the BMR hardware store.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF USERS:
Under no circumstances can the maximum guest capacity exceed 6 adults. Under penalty of having to abruptly end the current stay.
SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FACING THE RIVER
Please note that the Rouge River is a very changeable watercourse. Be careful, the current of water can be strong at times and the bottom of different depths. No monitoring presence during swimming.
During the winter season, AT NO TIME venture onto the icy surface. It could give way under your feet.
Your safety is important to us.
Guests will have access to the entire property and its land as well as access to the river.
The Richelieu market where you can find all the essential food for your stay is a 5-minute walk, or 400m from the chalet.
An SAQ branch at 700m on the main road
For larger groceries you can get to Mont-Tremblant in less than 20min.
We are at your disposal to answer your questions before and during your stay via the platform.
Peaceful location, facing south directly facing the river.Come and get away with a picnic and sunbathe on the sandy island in front of the chalet. A small crossing of a few minutes by kayak will suffice.
