"The hotel was very elegant and looks like very luxurious, staff was very friendly, room was clean and great maintenance of everything. Breakfast had a very good variety of food for different cuisine. Great location I recommend this hotel ,"

"Great for a three star hotel. The staff are lovely and the afternoon is good! Location is okay. It’s close to the arty area and good restaurants. 10-15 walk to the train station. The noise in the rooms is significant though - every time the shower next door goes on it sounds like a truck. It’s on the corner of two very busy roads and a bridge highway so not that peaceful, but it’s fine."

"Overall great experience staying at this hotel located at a convenient location with all lifestyle, local attractions and food!"

"I like the postmodern style of CitizenM properties. The iPad smart-home features are convenient. The room is comfortable and the amenities are nice. The hotel is walkable to the main train station and a night market, although the back street of the hotel seems sketchy."

"Great staff! Very helpful if there are any issues. Guest room is really great for kitchen use, especially during the typhoon days. Highly recommend staying here, very close to the red line MRT. Meander also provides voucher coupons for selected food around the area which is very convenient and walkable."

"Comfortable hotel with very nice staff"

"Gutes Hotel in Reichweite von der Taipeh Central Station"

"We stayed at CityInn Taipei Station Branch III in October 2026, and I can't recommend it enough. Super Typhoon Champi cancelled our flight, so we arrived more than 24 hours late — but the hotel kept our room, stayed in touch with us the whole time, and welcomed us so warmly when we finally got here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is so convenient to everywhere, right by Taipei Main Station. The little extras really stood out: free laundry, complimentary coffee available...
