"Hotel seems quite new. Room is fairly spacious and beds are comfortable. Shower has good pressure and consistent temperature. Breakfast (vegetarian) spread is very good and tasty. Hotel has own car park sites just behind the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great - walking distance to night market and several famous eateries. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Hualien"

"Very nice stay in the suite with a delicious breakfast. Unfortunately the earthquake cut our stay short, but they were so accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. What a terrifying thing for the staff to navigate - they were wonderful. I fear the hotel had significant damage and hope they will be able to reopen. "

"This property lost our reservation and instead of letting us know we can call expedia to find a new place to stay, pushed us to a crappy motel near by and wouldn't refund our money. If you stay here you better be prepared that your reservation is lost and you're sorry out of luck after. If you accept the crappy place they send you to after, expedia won't help you at all either and refuse to refund you your money. Do not stay here."
