"The location of itravel Hostel was pleasant - near main roads, but quiet. Both the room and the common areas were clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful in answering questions and providing information and recommendations. This was invaluable for a traveler who doesn't speak Chinese!"

Limited info provided at check-in, but essentially if you want them to take your trash, you leave it outsidee your door. Super quiet. Shower is small and can get very wet. AC works great. "Great stop in Hualien. We were there for a night and this hotel is great value. They even had complimentary laundry facilities which was very useful for us. Breakfast was good, lots of options. "

The property is new, and maybe not completely finished. Staff is not present all night, but are very friendly and professional, although they don't speak much English. The area is safe "

"It’s a gem within the hustle & bustle. It’s a townhouse building within the residential area for more authentic local experience. 8mins walk to the main train station and 5mins walk to the Main Street - ZhongShan Street, 2km straight road full of eateries. The host was very nice and friendly, room was spacious enough and clean. Was a pleasant 4days stay for us. Highly recommended."
