"The hotel seemed fairly new, staff spoke little English but the alipay translator was excellent. The wifi does not work well, even with my own VPN, very slow and the staff who I told about it, did not send anyone to address the problem. Hard to work from the room, when the speeds are so low. Other than that great value for money and great coffee machine in the lobby!"

"Awesome time, very responsive staff."

"Great stay at Vienna Hotel! The airport pickup service was smooth and hassle-free. Loved that the nearby mall has an indoor ski slope—such a unique bonus! Front desk staff were friendly and check-in was fast. Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for business travelers. Highly recommend!"

"Nobody speak English, shortage of customer service! No shuttle bus from hotel to show as they listed supplying such service!"

"The stay experience was pretty good. The surprise was that it came with a gym and a laundry room, which is super convenient for lazy travelers. There's also a restaurant in the hotel, so no need to go out to find food. Overall, very satisfied."

Alles was man kurzfristig braucht liegt fussläufig.
