This property was in the middle of Hua Hin, but the foliage of the property made it feel like you were on an isolated island. Wonderful beach access and just a really short walk to the Cicada weekend night market. Beds were comfortable. We did have ants in our room, but they were really quick to accommodate a room change. Property seems to be very well managed with a really nice staff.

There was a little bit of hair falling out, and although I had been told that housekeeping was not required all day, they did it on the second day. However, the staff were all friendly and smiling, and the location was great. It's a nice, quiet hotel :)

Loved this hotel. Great facilities and lots of free activities. There’s a brilliant slide which my kids (9-15) went on about 40 times. Breakfast is great although sometimes need to wait for a table. Lots of massage places just outside and a 7/11 not far. Fantastic nighttime market just outside the hotel entrance and a great rooftop bar around the corner for sunset cocktails. Grounds and pools lovely and right on the beach. We had a family of 4 in a room with pool access and it was fine for space with an extra bed. Recommended for a stay in Hau Hin.

Very nice and family friendly hotel with great pool area, free activities (like feeding fish, balloon animals, water gymnastics and pilates) and great breakfast. Beach was very nice as well, its easy to access and by walking at the beach you see that the Hyatt has best garden and pool area compared to other hotels. We would stay again, if we were to come to Hua Hin ☺️ One minus is that there's no chromecast/casting possibility to the TV in yhe room.

Good experience at Hyatt

Overall a good experience and the staff is very service minded, however the resort is starting to look used. For example, we asked for another room as the humidity was terrible but realized the other room had same problem - not ideal with a two years old in the room.

Holiday experiences

We greatly appreciated that the hotel fully considered our room location request. The daily cleaning of the hotel room was good, efficient and in the evening we got ice cubes as we wished. The daily pool gymnastics stretching was effective, especially when led by Mr. Chan. It would be good to have more shelves in the corner of the toilet so that both men's and women's cosmetics fit. It would also be good to have hand sanitizer in the breakfast buffet.

Exceptional Hotel Experience.

Overall, an exceptional hotel with a highly professional and service-minded staff. The breakfast selection was outstanding, featuring excellent coffee and a wide variety of delicious options. The pool area is beautifully situated near the beach, surrounded by a lush garden with numerous trees, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere.
