"On arrival at the hotel one of our rooms was not ready at 2pm but had a complementary drink because of it this is something that needs looking at. I do not normally fill these surveys in but I have to compliment this hotel for the friendly welcome by all areas of your team. Reception, bar, pool and restaurant for there smile’s helpful and having time to chat with the customers please keep it up."

"The Ibis has what fulfilled our requirements:parking, breakfast, accessible room, the dates we needed. FRONT DESK STAFF WERE INCREDIBLE--PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, BUT NOT PATRONIZING! Especially Sharon, Cal, Steven(Stephen?), Lucia, brother-in-law and sister-in-law from Philippines."

"Lovely place to stay, safe and quiet , staff friendly. Would only recommend a sign to say open times of Bar area as this was unmanned this morning when we wished to purchase drinks on multiple occasions so we had to find staff at awkward times. "

"I found the hotel to have a very new looking and modern decor. The room was very comfortable. My dinner was tasty and enjoyable. The morning coffee was nice however, the cooked items were over cooked- some were burnt infact. Saddly the hash browns were burnt and inedible... a real shame. The pastrys and fruits were fine and typical for this type of hotel chain. Over all, yes I will stay again and recommend this hotel. "
