"Wonderful stay and friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely and great serving staff. The location was quiet albeit a little outside of the city centre but great bus service. The only thing I would say is that the pillows in my room needed replacing. Very uncomfortable because they were lumpy!"

"Great location and lovely hotel. I did see there was a pillow menu but it would be nice to have good pillows on the bed without having to ask for them. The ones we had were foam and quite hard. We had dinner in the Wine Press restaurant which was very good but only realised there was an alternative menu when a member of our party asked about the different meal they'd seen another table receiving. We had been given the set menu with no option for any other. Guests should be offered both menus to chose from Other than that the hotel was lovely, the staff helpful and we enjoyed our stay"

"Had an amazing 2 night mid week break. B &B. Breakfast buffet was first class. Gluten free options available such as bread and cereal. Freshly cooked hot buffet was delicious. All staff were amazing and polite in the spa, the restaurant, the reception and the chambermaids. Lovely clean room with a patio area"
