The Space:
This luxurious two-bedroom apartment, located on the first floor of a Grade 1 listed Regency building in one of Hove’s most prestigious addresses, combines historical grandeur with refined contemporary elegance. Just steps from the beach and some of the area’s best restaurants, the space offers a private sanctuary for relaxation and an escape into timeless design.
Entering the apartment, you’re welcomed into a grand living space where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with soft, natural light. These windows, paired with high ceilings and delicate period detailing, enhance the sense of openness and showcase the elegant interiors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and ample preparation space, alongside a generous collection of crockery, cutlery, and cookware. Essentials like tea, coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are also provided, ensuring guests have everything needed for a comfortable stay.
In the evenings, unwind in the inviting living room, which blends tropical accents with an original fireplace. An L-shaped sofa offers a cozy spot to relax, or step onto the private balcony to enjoy sea views. When you’re ready to explore, the charming Brunswick area awaits nearby, famous for its Regency architecture, gardens, and a lively mix of local cafes, bars, and restaurants.
The dining room seats six guests comfortably, presenting a distinctive maximalist decor that makes it perfect for shared meals or as a unique workspace.
The master bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom, has been designed with soft lilac hues and a hint of eccentric glamour, while its large window brightens the space. Fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests. The second bedroom exudes bold, exotic style, featuring animal prints, vibrant colors, and an adaptable desk space ideal for work or creativity.
A fully tiled family bathroom with a contemporary white suite and walk-in shower is just off the hallway, complete with guest toiletries for added convenience. Next to the bathroom, a private sauna for two provides a unique addition to your stay, offering an intimate setting for relaxation. (Guests are advised to use the sauna entirely at their own risk.)
Guest Access:
You will have the whole flat to yourselves during your stay. Access details will be privided prior to your arrival.
For group bookings, all guests must be 25 or over and we have a strict no parties or late night noise policy.
The Neighborhood:
Across the road is the beach and everything the lovely Brighton coast line has to offer! On the doorstep are independents shops, cafes & some of the best restaurants. Stroll along the seafront, jump on a bus or hire a bike to explore the rest of the city or sit & relax with a coffee in the gardens or on the beach and observe life.
Perfectly located so you can explore everything Brighton and Hove has to offer, including Hove Lawns, the i360 Tower, Brighton Palace Pier and great independent shops and national stores.
In close proximity to a handful of restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes on both Western Road and the seafront promenade, you might want to check out Market Restaurant for imaginative counter top Anglo-Spanish inspired dining or take a walk along the beach front to visit Murmur, a casual dining experience hosted by Great British Menu winner Michael Bremner. The Ginger Pig, Ginger Dog and Ginger Man are a small group of fantastic restaurants across the city that are worth checking out.
A big Waitrose supermarket is a 10 minutes' walk on the corner of Western Road and Montpelier Road, where you will also find one of the best independent supermarkets in Brighton called Taj - which is well worth a visit. A number of other shops and cafes and a pharmacy are all within walking distance.
If shopping is your thing then a 20 minute walk takes you to Churchill Square mall with all the high streets brands where you will be spoilt for choice. Just past here is the vibrant North Laine where you'll find narrow streets full of quirky independent shops. This is a great spot for people watching.
The flat is located about a 20 minute walk from both Brighton and Hove train stations, or grab a taxi which will take a few minutes!
Built in 1823, Brunswick Square is an iconic Grade One Listed Regency Square that overlooks the sea and is the jewel of Brighton and Hove. You have direct access to Brunswick Square gardens just a few steps from the apartment.
