Historic Eastwood Bungalow with Gated Parking

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 1930s Eastwood craftsman bungalow. With multiple porches, a covered outdoor dining area, large gated driveway, we are perfectly set up to entertain couples, families or a group of friends, inside or out.

You can cozy up inside or take a walk among the beautiful old oaks that line our neighborhood, but we are also minutes to Downtown, UH, I-45, Heights, Museum District and more!

This is a single story 3/2 bungalow. One bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom. The other two share a hallway bathroom, one with a king bed and another with a queen bed.

Beautiful craftsman bungalow

The property was just as pictured. Beautifully updated craftsman home on a tree lined street. A block over is a main road and there is frequent train traffic with horns a few blocks away, but the noise did not bother us and there are white noise machines in the bedrooms. This home is a great alternative to all the three story townhouses for rent in Houston. We had a person with us who has a hard time with stairs. The two steps required to enter the one story home worked well for us. I should mention there is an older apartment building behind the house and a laundromat across from that. I never felt any concern for me or my family. I would definitely stay there again.
