Instead, the staff offered a room with a bigger bed and free breakfast for each morning of our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

The hotel is close to the public transport, and it is easy to go to city centre and Sintra. Overall the stay is very pleasant and the children enjoyed it very much."

"The hotel is no where close to a 4 star as marketed. The rooms are extremely dated. The air ventilation was not working and the room was like a furnace. The staff sis change our room but it made no difference. If you keep the window or door open, the airplane sound would it let you sleep. The breakfast option buffet is not worth the money. The housekeeping did not bother to replace the mugs and plates with a clean one. But the cleaning of the room was decent. The location of this hotel requires a cab for every attraction. "
