Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. "Wonderful property and management! The owner was incredibly polite and personable. Got to hear about her story and how she manages the place. She even gave us recommendations for our trip that we loved! Additionally, the rooms were very homey and clean. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting! Having the restaurant below the hotel was also very convenient."
