"El apartamento aunque esté alejado del centro se encuentra en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada. El problema es fundamentalmente la falta de mantenimiento del mismo y la carencia de menaje suficiente. Nos hemos encontrado con varias instalaciones deterioradas en su interior, tales como: manillas de puertas sueltas ó rotas que impedían poder cerrarlas (caso del baño principal), algún mueble colgado de la pared a falta de anclaje, alguna almohada de cama en estado deplorable, el fregadero y...

"Appartement dans un immeuble très sécurisé, calme et bien placé. À 10 minutes de marche de la station de métro, arrêt de bus à 50 mètres. Supermarché à proximité. Appartement très lumineux avec rideaux trop petits, pas de volets ! Spacieux et agréable ! Manque quand même de couverts (trop juste pour 6 personnes) et manque d’épingles à linge (il n’y en a que 3…). Ce serait bien de rajouter quelques notices d’utilisation pour TV et autres appareils. Séjour très positif dans un super appart pour 4...

"Es un alojamiento que aunque pequeño es muy completo. Perfecto para pasar unos días en Madrid de turismo o de negocios. Parada de metro a 5 minutos y muy fácil aparcamiento gratuito libre en la calle. Lo recomiendo al 100%."

"This was a great studio apartment. We were 4 adults but could still use this conveniently. I was a bit worried about the sofa bed at first but it ended up being comfortable. We made breakfast a couple of days. The host was responsive and a good communicator."

"The best part of our experience was Carlos' great and helpful communication! The apartment is close to the airport and Carlos and his partner went out of their way to accommodate our arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and we slept well. Would stay there again"

Neue Küchengeräte, einschließlich Mikrowelle. Lebensmittelmarkt um die Ecke. mitten in einem Wohngebiet liegend. elegant ist an sich die internetbasierte Schließanlage, aber nicht immer zuverlässig. "Apartment is in very nice neighborhood, it's big with a lot of space in living room. Doors on the rooms and bathroom in very bad shape, some of them can't be closed and some are very noisy when you open & close them. In one bathroom it's impossible to have shower (water pressure super low). Internet terrible in apartment, most of the time it didn't work.Apartment owner not willing to help with anything we asked."

"arrived early from US to Madrid - 10:30am. Was able to work in the comfortable lounge space between the reception desk and the bar/resturant in HRC Hotel from 10:30 to 1:30 (check in time was 3pm but they were able to get me a room by 1:30). VERY nice place and well maintained... "
