"Our hosts Fatima and George were the best hosts we have ever had in many VRBO experiences. There was a fresh baked cake, basket of cheese, basket of fruit, basket of bread/biscuits and a bottle of wine waiting on the dining room table when we arrived. The patio off of the house was a fantastic private setting for evening wine and cheese. The old basalt cottage was impeccable, it looked brand new as if we were the first to occupy!"

"Our stay here could not have been better. Joana and her father's hospitality were fantastic. They are very welcoming hosts who made us feel at home immediately. This a great spot to relax and from which to explore Pico. Amenities are excellent and you are very close to a local "natural swimming pool" and ocean side "pub". Pico is a large island with a lot to see and do so if you are staying here I would recommend a rental car. Thank you Joana and Francisco for a wonderful stay!"

"La maison est très bien placée pour visiter l'île. Proximité de la mer ( énormes vagues qu'on regarderait pendant des heures ) et vue sur le Pico que nous avons aussi pu faire jusqu'au sommet dans d'excellentes conditions. Marco est très réactif. Nous avons pu rencontrer Jason qui est de très bons conseils pour les visites. Le seul bémol pour nous est que les espaces nuit ne soient pas fermés. Il n'y a pas vraiment de chambres.
