"Really disappointing. We weren't expecting any exceptional but were so tired when we arrived that we didn’t question our room and we were staying for 2 nights. We ended up in a hostel room and for a couple in their 50's with aches and pains, it was just ok, but certainly not comfortable. We were given no information about onsite facilties and only found out about the breakfast room and the wifi this morning as we were packing up. "The front door light button didn't work and it took us quite a while to figure out that it was only that button and not to do with the electricity. I had my twin toddlers with me screaming as they have been waiting for too long as well. Other than that, we didn't really have any issue. "
