The hotel is located nicely, the staff is friendly and the room are small but nice. The only minus point is their mattress. They need urgently replacement!

Disappointing experience

Very disappointed with the experience - after our trip! While the hotel charged for parking (which I duly paid up) the parking company charged again after a week. The hotel promised to address this issue but did not to act. I’m now forced to pay a penalty to the parking agency as the bill was not timely paid. Clearly, the hotel staff is not obliged to keep up their commitments or worried about customer satisfaction. Sadly, I will NOT recommend this (& chain) to any of my network.

Smutsigt under bäddsoffa slitet golv. Dålig kvalité på allt på frukostbuffén. Fanns ingen marmelad, sylt till pannkakorna verkar utspädd. Gammal grädde på kakor. Tomaterna & paprikor smakar vattnigt och saggiga. Bröd var det mögel på. Billiga råvaror.
