Avid golfers will appreciate having easy access to four golf courses, boaters will love being close to a public boat ramp, and adventurers will adore the area's many state parks and trails. If you need to rent a boat, contact Lake LBJ Yacht Club and Marina for rentals, boat trailer parking spots, and slip/dock access.
After swimming or boating at a nearby lake head home, rinse off, and lounge in the plush living room. Culinary creations can be concocted in the full kitchen, or on the provided gas grill. Dine family-style at the wooden dining table, or eat alfresco on the porch.
Swimsuits can be thrown into the private washer/dryer for a refresh while you tune into your favorite TV show or movie. Before bed, tune the central air-conditioning to your liking, and crawl under the soft linens in each of the spacious bedrooms, ready to dream about another day on vacation!

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
