"Very friendly and helpful staff. I inadvertently booked the wrong date and the young gentleman at the front desk was willingly helpful and booked us a family room for the one night accomodation. He went above and beyond helping me with the situation. Hotel location, parking and dining options are superb. Breakfast was excellent. "2nd time staying here, very convenient to all in the area. Breakfast is wonderful. If there is one thing I would comment on it’s that the shower/tub combo is not elderly friendly, it quite scary climbing in and out of it. "

"This was the cheapest hotel of our stay but far from the worst. Friendly staff, nice rooms just a little bit scuffed especially in the bathrooms. No breakfast options but there are supermarkets close by. Kaufbeuren is a nice little place, convenient for exploring the area."
