I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. It was high tourist season and took us hours to find a hotel with a room. I am also still trying to get my money back. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL!!!!

A Weekend in Fussen

It has been a lovely experience in this region...... The quality of service at the Vitusfort Guest House have been outstanding, nice room, quite place, a fantastic breakfast and the warm welcome of the owner and all the staff make this place a must do again experience. See you soon Vitusfort.......

Tolles Hotel, großes, sauberes Zimmer, hochwertige Ausstattung, neues Bad, großer Balkon, prima Matratze, keine Minibar, von uns aber auch nicht benötigt, gutes u reichhaltiges Frühstück im Irish Pub. Abends auch leckeres Essen mit großen Portionen im Pub möglich, sehr höfliches u aufmerksames Personal bzw. Betreiber, Lage 2 Min zum See, Tante-Emma-Laden gegenüber, Parkplatz vorm Haus, Live-Musik im Pub empfehlenswert
