"Very low quality breakfast"

"Great place to get away"

"The history of the hotel is amazing, the cleanliness, not so much. Hairs on our sheets, sticky bathroom floor, rude staff members, inadequately supplied toiletries. Would never recommend anyone pay $400 for this. Better places with better customer service in the area."

"The great thing is that the motel is near eateries, gas stations etc. There are some updates in the rooms but holes/peeled paint on entry doors and walls in the hotel room. I cleaned the vents in the fans before I used the heater bc it was quite dirty. The staff is lovely and quickly responded to my concerns about the people above me."

"The room I was checked in at had a lady bug infestation as well as other bugs (stink bugs, flies) to the point we asked for a different room Rooms definitely don’t look like the picture. They’re very old not kept up to par old microwaves some outlets were faulty was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay!"

"Overall a great place to stay for a night on our way to our final destination. Was a little frustrating to wake up with no working water, but made it work. Would stay again! Handicap accessable because they had booked 2 accommodations for 2 wedding parties and there was nothing they could do for me. I made my displeasure known and was then asked to park behind the building to allow for more wedding party parking. I tried calling Mariott and they said that nothing could be done for me because I booked through Expedia...

"Regarding Hilton Mystic: Beautiful property with a very friendly and efficient staff. We would stay there again without a doubt."

"good"

"After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process"
