Friendly and helpful staff

Clean retromotel with good location and very friendly staff. Nice and cozy rooms. Breakfast with a lit of different options. We had a great stay.

The room was good, A king bed and was very comfortable. The main Restaurants were downtown, a bit of a walk away. The AC in the room was noisy so as the weather was O, we didn't need it.

We were very pleased with the rooms cleanliness! Wish the pool hours were longer, at least til 10 as I am sure most weary travelers like us don’t get checked in until after supper, but the pool area was excellent for the 30 min we got in. The outside of the building and the grounds at the back could use a bit of rock as the messy vine residue on the building and the debris on the parking lot give it an uncared for vibe until you get in the building. Mailing sure air conditioners and plug ins work would also be a suggestion. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back!

I tried calling for over half hour prior to getting through on my day of arrival. The staff was rude and abrupt. The property is fairly clean but run down. The bed sheets had been slept in prior to my arrival, there was not crease indicating a folded clean sheet had been used instead was wrinkled from someone sleeping on them prior,

This hotel is very dated and you must check in by 9pm which seems very early. The front desk clerk was very nice but the hotel desperately needs to be renovated.

We stayed here after a wedding. There are limited options for lodging in Hope, and this is the only “name brand” one. The property hasn’t been updated in potentially 30 years so it’s musky, but the rooms are large. The room and property was not worth the almost $200 we spent for the night, but it did the job for 8 hours of sleep.

Hotel well serves for 1 night stay. A bit outdated, but our suite had everything we needed, even separate room with kitchen. Breakfast to go is quite nice but starts a bit late - 9:30. Special thanks to the staff for their great service! They could locate and secure our valuables we left behind and we picked it up on our way back. Thank you Barbara and Andrea! Overall good stay

There was very little staff and when we came in there were people working but nobody acknowledged we were waiting. It wasn't a bad hotel but it could use improvement. I would probably stay again if necessary.
