Had the experience in other motels, where the owner don’t open their office late at night, even though I have had reservations made. This is one of my favourite place to stay in Hope."

"Got a room other than advertised. Was not offered a discount. Room wasn't entirely clean, spider webs on the floor around the bedside stand. Kitchenette with no toaster, oven/range was unplugged and would need $15 fee to reconnect power."
