"The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for you. I didn't have any shower gel in my room, the container was completely empty, luckily I travel with miniatures otherwise that wouldn't have been a very nice shower! I had to speak to the house keeper when I came back up to my room on my 2nd day as the shower gel had not been refilled despite my room being done already. I also booked a King room, and was given a twin - I was very much looking forward to having a king bed to myself!"
