"Everything was great. The staff is very friendly. Location is great. Lots to see, shop and eat. The only regret was their dry clean service. I had one of my silk pant sent for dry clean. The form was marked for dry clean. The pant was washed instead as you can smell the detergent. The laundering shrank the pants, washed out the color. The staff obviously was not able to do anything except refund the dry clean portion of the bill. It was one of my favorite go to travel pants. Perfect for HK s hot & humid weather. This was a nuisance as I have 3 more weeks in Asia and count on wearing & cleaning the pants as I pack light. Oh well. "

"The Hari staff was amazing and super helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a GREAT location, close to public transit and so many food options! The room was wonderful and very clean. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Hong Kong!"
