"Beautiful property nestled near the hills and mountains of Wellsville. Well cared for and convenient for all the Founder's Day activities we participated in. We enjoyed the pickleball court, trampoline, playground, and yard. We enjoyed our time there. Some of my grandchildren really enjoyed the black and white cats hanging about the property."

"This home was just what our family needed. We were coming from four different locations for our annual family fun weekend. Age range was 7 to 77 with one medium-sized dog. We were so comfortable staying here and enjoyed the amenities. All five bedrooms and three bathrooms are very nice.
