"I was in Logan for a few nights attending an art workshop and this place worked well for what I needed. I was by myself so just needed something small with the essentials. Basement of Old cute house in historic Logan. Nothing fancy but wasn’t expecting it so it met expectations. I would say only reason not 5 stars was the bathroom was pretty tight but it worked. Overall this worked out well for my stay."

"I was in town for my grandson's wedding and 22 members of my family were staying at an 8 bedroom house. Needless to say, I needed a quiet place to stay. THIS WAS IT...A basement apartment attached to a very nice family's house! It had everything I needed for my 7-day stay. And it turned out to be only 1 1/2 blocks from where all my kids and grandkids were staying (totally unplanned!). The owners were so nice and helpful, and very responsive when I had a question or needed something. Thank you...

"We spent several days at this beautiful property! We were in town for USU’s graduation. We were close to campus without being in all the chaos that comes with end of semester in a college town. "I have already reviewed this house. Please see my other review. Amazing experience every time. Travis is in charge of the property and he is available and very engaged.. Great host. The only negative is the rural neighborhood far from to the stores and downtown on foot . you need a car and it’s low in the valley so there is some smell from cows and hey. Otherwise great stay ."
