"Need a place to stay while my daughter and I attended a camp nearby. the location was convenient to town and there were perks to the apartment including a pool, it was rather dirty. Lots of insects (not because it was in the mountains but because of caretaking). It was rather dirty, enough that my kids commented on that. It also had some rather easy repairs that were needed yet left undone. The apartment smelled of weed in certain areas which was a turnoff."

"The unit was clean, but a little funky. Obviously an old building that has been retrofitted into a vacation rental. That's not a bad thing on it's own, but it's a thing. Odd use of extension cords all over the place to reach outlets not near where they're needed. The building (and bedroom) are right on a road with a pretty high speed limit. Fortunately pretty low traffic, so not really a problem. But something you should know if traffic noise really bothers you. I did have a small problem when...
