"We were late due to traffic and office was closed after 18.00 Appartment was open, but we had no key, so we needed to leave it open when we went away. Also there was just one packet bedsheets for 2 persons. Took alot time to arrange a second. Next day I was called that they closed our appartment and we could pay for 'borg' at the concierge to get key. Why couldn't we do that the first night already? "Very clean and nice apartment, but the host monitors the water and heating. We had no heat because he cut it off after the first day. Also, we only had hot water every other day because he cut it off as well. The temperature was in the 30’s at night, and my children and I were freezing. We were so ready to leave. You pay to stay, but you are forced to freeze. Unbelievable!"
