"Got a good deal on this room. I was weary based on the looks outside but was pleasantly surprised inside. None of the rooms have microwaves or refrigerators but that didn’t bother me. Safe was friendly and check in was quick. There was a ring type security camera outside the front door for safety. General common areas were clean and zero complaints. Our room was clean, blankets fresh and everything worked. Was a very basic room. No bells or whistles but clean. The bathroom was tiny but water was hot. For a quick trip it was definitely adequate. "

"Everything was excellent until check-out. I departed at 04:35 and there was nobody available at the front desk to check me out and provide a receipt. I called out loud to get someones attention but there was nobody in the vici ity of the front desk to hear me."

"When I arrived they gave my pre-booked reserved room to someone else check in was at 3:00 I arrived at 3:07 and was told the double bed I reserve was no longer available they gave me a king bed room suite which was an inconvenience because three of us slept together the reason behind it was because they built the card I reserved the room with and it declined that morning I told the receptionist I never authorized her to build that car that car was only for reservations I selected to pay at the hotel and she was out of contract by running my credit card without my authorization then the swimming pool you have to reserve it in advance and you only get one hour to swim per day on the weekend so if you go to this room be aware of these small prints rules that they so-called have that is not listed in the hotels.com app there was also hair all over the place in the shower on the sink on the floor the room was definitely half clean the king size duvet had no cover over it so that gave me the creeps all night thinking that everyone who slept in that bed text bodies with that duvet blanket the carpet in the room felt icky the toilet did not have enough water in it you had to hold the button down for it to flush"
