"Clean room"

"Ice machine didn't work only 1 microwave that is located in lobby food area. Breakfast was ok. The shower had a peeling ceiling. I was initially charged an additional $100 for incidental. Then by time the morning came u was charged an additional 42 dollars for what reason I don't know. I was originally told I would be refunded the next day. I checked in Saturday checked out Sunday, today is Tuesday and still have not received refund. Terrible customer service outside of check in or check out...

"The hotel outsources a lot of work regarding check-in and check-out, without fully disclosing this upfront. I especially didn't like uploading a photo of my id to a website I don't know."

"Our studio site was larger than expected, very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. For our first stay here, we were impressed and if we return to this area, we would stay here again without hesitation."
