"The whole town is very compressed and tight for space. Part of the charm. The rooms at the Nook may not suit some people in terms of access as there are stairs to some of the rooms. Also quite noisy as very near a couple of pubs but if you accept this as part of the surroundings then its great. Room was good, bar and restaurant down stairs with excellent service in the evening and at breakfast. Would go again. "

"Good location centre of town. Staff all warm and friendly. Food was fantastic, both the meal at night and the full English in the morning we could not fault. The room was the standard size, wow it was so small the door only half opened due to the bed being in the way, would go for a larger one if I’d of known. Carpets everywhere were dated, brown and tired, and need refreshing. "
