"Helen was lovely and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious! Very convenient to have parking and a pub across the road for dinner. "

"Nice place. The host was welcoming and the room was good.Just found the service charge of £5 for charging on top electricity charges a bit excessive. It could be done away with. Overall a good place. There is a pub round the corner as well which is very handy"

"We were upgraded to a deluxe room on arrive, big spacious room which was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our nights stay. We stayed for the one night whilst we were in the city to see Lady Gaga, the beds were very comfortable, bathroom clean and shower great. Why this place has a bad reputation I don’t know, I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years and not had a bad stay!"
