The kitchen also seemed understaffed, and the restaurant could not prepare takeout food unless it was ordered a day in advance. "So close to the station and the meal deal for dinner and breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely to have aircon after some hot nights In London with no aircon. Got the best nights sleep with the cool and the quiet. Would highly recommend. Just questioned the hairdryer in my room, not sure if a wiring issue but it stopped and started. Meant to tell reception on checkout but forgot, sorry!"

"Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room, Toilet and shower very clean. Tea and coffee in the room was always replenished. The fan system air and refrigeration from the kitchen in the Beefeater was very loud especially at 05:30 AM. All in all I can recommend this hotel. 8 minutes with a Taxi to the train station."
