"We stayed in this hotel last night for 1 night. The location is perfect to get to Ross-on-Wye and is located on A road. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. 2 rooms were allocated to us opposite each other which was convenient for a family. Large rooms and bathrooms, very clean with attention to details. Very comfy bed. Food was also very good. My children loved it. Overall great experience. We are planning to go back for a long weekend in September and will definitely stay in this hotel. "

"A wonderful woodland stay in a character filled hotel and restaurant in the heart of the Malverns. Did not have dinner here, but the cooked breakfast was spot on. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay."
