Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was always nice to come back to a well-kept room after a full day of sightseeing in London. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance.
The only downside was that the hotel did not have air conditioning, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable during the London heat wave while we were there.
We were also disappointed that the location was not as advertised. When we booked, it indicated the hotel was about a 10-minute walk from Wembley Stadium, but that was not our experience. The hotel is outside central London, so getting to many of the cityās attractions required train rides or Uber trips, which added travel time and reduced the amount of time we had for sightseeing.

Perfect hotel! We stayed here for our wedding in Chelsea, it was everything we wanted and more. From check in to check out we were made to feel completely at home.
If you are looking for a beautiful, high quality hotel in London we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and itās wonderful staff.

Excellent location across the road from Kensington Gardens about 10 minutes from Queensway and Bayswater tube station, plenty of bus stops nearby, lots of shops, cafes and places to eat, we went in middle of a heat wave so was nice to see free ice pops and flavoured cool water available, check in was no problem and the room was nice with lots of light, comfy king size bed, adequate bathroom, kettle and coffee / tea provided as well as a fridge, it was a nice six night stay

"Spent 5 days during a heat wave at this hotel that claimed to have AC but it was never working during the time we stayed there. We were on the 4th floor so imagine what it was like trying to sleep or do anything comfortably without sweating non stop. No one ever came to clean the rooms, take trash ..."
