"A modern, clean hotel in a convenient location. My main complaint being that my bathroom was very basic. We enjoyed the food & the evening meal options were good. I would gladly stay here again, as it’s a good location to drive south to multiple beaches, although the hotel gym is absolutely tiny & was a bit of a letdown."

"This was my first time at a Holiday Inn Express and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff at this hotel are so friendly and nice. I highly recommend this hotel. Clean, great house keeping staff, main desk staff are lovely. Breakfast regularly turned over and fresh."

"Amazing place, helpful staff, best amenities including pool and sauna. Have been staying there since 2023. New just refurbished room was given to me this time. All is neat, clean and pleasant."

"Excellent hotel in a good location for visiting Exeter. Car park is across the road with £10 24hr parking discounted from the hotel. Bar is good but overpriced Rooms were of a good standard we had decent nights sleep, comfortable beds & decent shower. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice to fill you up for the day."
