"We booked this property for the convenience of being walking distance from the NJ PATH train ( Journal Square Station) which takes us to Manhattan in about 20 minutes. The apartment was excellent: clean, well stocked, modern bathroom, comfy bed and even comfy sofabed which my daughter slept on. Our host was lovely, easily communicated with her and had absolutely the best stay. I would stay again if available the next time we travel back to the area. "We really loved your visit. You got to pick your neighborhood. SOHO has fantastic food and shopping options. Also close to Chinatown and Hudson River. The E/A/C and 1 trains are very close by. The living space is immense for NYC standards. Kitchen and bedrooms are small but adequate. Having a washer/dryer unit is a huge plus!"

"Apt is on 3rd floor, not 2nd. Stairs are way too narrow. The apartment is no modern. It is a tight squeeze for 3 or 4 people, with one bathroom. It is convenient to Washington Street stores, Bagel shops, and restaurants. As is the problem throughout Hoboken, parking is an issue. Other than the above. the stay was pleasant and affordable. "

"An amazing property with all the great things including massive TVs , kitchenware and a grill. One thing that should improve is the water pressure at the toilets. The other minus was the noise as the apartment is on the street it gets really loud on Friday evenings."
